Our Learning & Development team offers effective certification training to help you take your installer and integrator business to the next level. Hikvision offers a 3-tier learning approach designed for integrators, installation and service technicians, and distribution partners on Hikvision products, installation, configuration, deployment, and proficiency.

Industry experts can become certified in the following areas:

Tier 1: Hikvision Certified Security Associate (HSCA)
Tier 2: Hikvision Certified Security Professional: Special Products (HCSA-HAT, AAI, VMS)
Tier 3: Hikvision Certified Security Engineer (HCSP)

The 3-tier approach meets the needs of every industry professional, whether the professional is just entering the world of security or a seasoned veteran. In Tier 1, attendees will learn about the fundamentals of Hikvision cameras plus tips and tricks to address any challenges during installation. Tier 2 participants will master core technologies, advanced functions, and Hikvision device configurations. Tier 3 participants will deepen their understanding of network storage, thermal, and panoramic solutions.

At the end of each course, a test will be administered and with an 80% passing rate, a certification will be issued. Recertification is also available.
