Hikvision Surveillance System Secures Senegalese Airport

A Hikvision surveillance system is helping to secure the parking lot and freight zone at the new Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD) in Senegal.

Authorized Hikvision distributor, CST Securite, installed 17, 2 MP HD resolution ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras for quick vehicle identification and to manage vehicle entrance and exit from parking lots. In the freight zone, CST Securite installed a mix of EXIR bullet and dome network cameras with built-in IR.

In the Hikvision case study, Kevin Zhu, general manager of CST Securite said: “Having used their products many times before on other high-profile projects, we had no doubt that the choice of Hikvision surveillance products would provide the customer with an efficient, and reliable intelligent surveillance solution. We can confirm the good reputation of Hikvision products’ quality is backed by an equally good experience from their after-sales service.”
