Hikvision Launches New Online Tech Center: Easy-To-Navigate and Designed to Support Customers

Hikvision is launching a new Tech Center designed to support our partners and their businesses around the clock.

 

Now, all of the tools and resources that help our customers deliver world-class support can be found instantly in one online location. Data sheets, product information, and support resources are readily accessible via an attractive, user-friendly interface.

The new, easy-to-navigate Hikvision Tech Center enables customers to instantly access tools and resources via PC, tablet or mobile device.

“Our new streamlined Tech Center will enable our integrators, clients and technology partners to easily find and access Hikvision North America’s online technical support resources,” said Andy Yen, Hikvision North America’s technical support manager. “Our team is excited to offer constant improvements and enhanced support for our valued customers.”

The new Tech Center is part of Hikvision’s commitment to constantly refine and improve customer and technical support. It utilizes the power of the Hikvision website, which was re-launched with significant improvements during 2018, and developed on a dynamic content management system that features a responsive design optimized for mobile devices.

As of Jan. 15, 2019 the existing Tech Portal (tech.hikvisionusa.com) will be discontinued and all traffic will be re-directed to the new Hikvision Tech Center.
