Hikvision Value IP Cameras and AcuSense NVRs Provide Real-Time Threat Detection for Less
AcuSense Technology Identifies Real Events of Interest and Reduces False Alarms

(March 8, 2022) – Hikvision, a world-leading supplier of innovative, award-winning video surveillance products, introduces the second generation (G2) of the company’s Value IP Cameras and AcuSense Network Video Recorders (NVRs). The newly released Value IP G2 cameras combine 4 MP or 4K Ultra High Definition (8 MP) performance with improved AcuSense technology to capture the finest details, and easily identify and distinguish between people, vehicles and other moving targets. In addition to enhancing overall security, Value IP G2 cameras and NVRs help lessen operating costs by reducing false alarms up to 90 percent, improving usage of valuable personnel resources.

Hikvision Value IP G2 solutions incorporate AcuSense Motion Detection 2.0 with upgraded functionality to detect and distinguish between humans, vehicles and other objects with instant alarms and fast search functions. These enhancements allow users to instantly react to live events triggered by human or vehicle target classification, and quickly locate recorded events.
Value IP G2 cameras feature either 4 MP or 4K Ultra High Definition (8 MP) image sensors and are available in multiple form factors including bullet, dome, and turret body styles for use in indoor or outdoor applications. The new units provide a 32.8 ft. longer IR distance from previous models, providing sharper black and white videos and images at a greater distance. All models also incorporate H.265+ video compression technology to conserve bandwidth and storage and include a built-in microphone.
New AcuSense NVRs also deliver an outstanding performance to cost ratio and are available with up to 12 MP live view, storage, and playback capabilities, and 32-channel IP camera inputs.
